インターレイルとユーレイルパスのどちらが必要ですか？ Do I need an InterRail or Eurail Pass?

「ヨーロッパ在住の旅行者：インターレイルパス」「ヨーロッパ非在住の旅行者：ユーレイルパス」となります。
パスの有効国が同一であれば、ユーレイルとインターレイルのパスホルダーは一緒に旅行できます。

You can only use an InterRail Pass if you are a European resident. If you are not a European resident, you can travel with a Eurail Pass (see www.eurail.com). Eurail and InterRail Pass holders can travel together if their Passes are valid in the same countries. See the FAQ Can I travel together with a non-European friend?. Check below in a few simple steps if you need an InterRail Pass or a Eurail Pass.

On the page How to Order you can find a detailed description of the order process. For questions on how you can order an InterRail Pass, you can contact our customer service by email. Please describe your question or problem and we will be happy to assist you. For questions about orders you already made, you can contact our customer service centre by email or telephone. You can find the contact details for your region in the invoice or confirmation mail that you received from us. Please mention your order number (something like IN12345678) in your communication.

インターレイルパスの支払いは？ How can I pay for my InterRail Pass?

支払い方法はクレジットカード、PayPal、Solo、または、iDealがあります。 全ての支払いは安全に行われます。
「InterRailNet.com」（インターレイルパスのオンラインショップ）では、 Visa, American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, PayPalが使えます。
英ポンドで支払う場合はSoloデビットカードも使えます。
オランダであればユーロでiDeal支払いができます。
フランスであればユーロでE-カルトブルーによる支払いができます。
分割払いや複数のクレジットカードによる支払いはできません。


You can pay with various credit cards, PayPal, Solo or iDeal. All payments are handled in a fully secure way! InterRailNet.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal. For orders made in British pound (GBP) you can also pay with a Solo debit card. Customers from The Netherlands can make Euro payments by bank through iDeal. Customers from France can make Euro payments by bank with E-Carte Bleue. It is not possible to pay in installments or to split the order amount between multiple creditcards.

インターレイルパスの注文状況を確認できますか？ How can I check the status of my InterRail order?

インターレイルパスの注文状況は、「InterRailNet.Com」のアカウント（※）で確認できます。 注文確認メールの中に、ログインに関する情報が記述されています。
アカウントにログイン後、「Shipping information」で注文状況を確認できます。 確認できる注文状況は以下のとおり。
・受注完了
・支払完了
・配送済（「Standard Shipping」または「Premium Shipping」の場合は配送追跡番号が表示されます）
・払戻済（払戻を申請した場合のみ）
チェック印が付いているものは、処理が完了しています。 印が付いていないものは、「pending」または完了予定日が表示されます。

配送確認
パスが発送されるとメールが届きます。 メールには配送追跡番号と配達業者のリンクが記載されています。 配達業者のウェブサイトで配送追跡番号を入力すると配送状況が確認できます。 配送状況確認は、送料無料の「Budget Shipping」では利用できません。


You can check the current status of your order in your InterRailNet.Com account*. Your order confirmation mail contains the login details for your account. In your personal account, go to Shipping information to see the order status. These are the most common order statuses:
・Order received
・Payment accepted
・Pass printed
・Order shipped (a tracking number is displayed for Standard or Premium shipping)
・Order refunded (in case you applied for a refund)
A status has been completed when you see this symbol: . Otherwise you will see the indication 'pending' and the expected date.
* only applies to customers who ordered after March 11, 2010.
Shipping confirmation
You will also receive an email confirmation when your Eurail package is shipped. This mail contains a tracking number and a link to the courier that delivers your package. On the website of the courier you can find the shipping status of the order by entering your tracking number. Track & trace is not possible for packages sent with free Budget shipping.

払戻はいつ受けられるのですか？ When do I receive my refund?

インターレイルパスの払戻申請がなされると85%の払戻を行います。 口座に払戻金が振り込まれるまでに数週間かかります。
インターレイルパスの返却方法や払戻方法については、カスタマーサービスに問い合わせてください。
未使用のインターレイルパスであれば85%の払戻が可能です。


As soon as we received your refund application with your InterRail Pass, we will refund 85% of your order amount. Please note that it can take several weeks before the banks have transfered the money to your account. Contact our customer service for instructions on how to return your Pass with a refund application form that you receive from us. It is possible to get a 85% refund for an unused InterRail Pass. インターレイルパスで旅行する際に予約は必要ですか？ Do I need to make reservations when I travel with InterRail?

長距離国際列車や高速鉄道（TGVやタリス）、夜行列車ではほとんどの場合、予約が必要です。
予約が必要かどうかは時刻表を確認してください。 予約が必要な場合は、「R」というマークが時刻表に示されています。 疑わしい場合は、高額な罰金を避けるため、列車に乗る前にチケットカウンターで確認してください。
チケットカウンターでは、予約料金や予約の取り方を教えてくれます。
鈍行列車を代替手段として利用することで予約する必要がなくなる場合が多いです。


Reservations are required for many long-distance international trains, high-speed trains like TGV and Thalys and for night trains. To check if a train requires a reservation, check an online timetable, it will indicate reservation requirements with a 'R' symbol or a sentence like 'Subject to compulsory reservation'. If in doubt, ask at a ticket window at the station before boarding to avoid paying a higher price on the train or even getting a fine. 予約料金はいくらですか？ How much are the reservation fees?

予約料金は列車や快適さに依存します。 国内の2等列車であれば、通常3〜10ユーロ程度です。 国際線はそれより高く、例えばタリスの場合、 夜行列車の追加料金は座席予約の場合3ユーロから、寝台個室の場合100ユーロを超えます。

国内線と国際線の予約料金は、インターレイルグローバルパス購入時にもらえる路線図の裏にも記載されています。 予約料金は毎年変わっており、ウェブサイトの情報も常に更新されていることを心に留めておいてください。


The cost of a seat reservation depends on the type of train and the level of comfort. Second clas reservations for domestic trains are usually between 3-10 euro. International trains can be more expensive, for example the Thalys. Supplements for night trains can range from 3 euro for a reclining seat to over 100 euro for a private sleeping cabin.

Reservation fees for domestic and international are also printed on the back of the InterRail map that you get with every Global Pass. Bear in mind that the information on this website is usually more up-to-date, as fees can change throughout the year.

どうやったら座席の予約ができますか？ How can I make seat reservations?

「Interrailnet.com」では座席の予約をすることができませんが、 座席の予約方法について情報提供することはできます。
- 旅行開始前にあらかじめ自国で多数の列車予約をしておきましょう。
- 国際線列車に乗る場合は予約をしましょう。
- 鉄道会社のコールセンターを利用しての予約も非常に有益です。Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Bahn UK or OBB (オーストリア国鉄)は良いサービスを提供しています。

Train seat reservations

Some trains require advance reservation. See the FAQ Do I need to make reservations?
Interrailnet.com can not make seat reservations for you.We can help you on your way with a few suggestions on how to make reservations:
- Make multiple reservations at a train station in your own country before you start your trip.
- Make reservations at international train stations during your trip.
- Contact a railway call centre if they can make reservations for you and have them sent to your home. Good service is offered by the Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Bahn UK or OBB (Austrian railways).
- Make reservations online through the websites of the railway companies. Sometimes you can print the reservations yourself. Online reservation options are for instance offered by the German, Italian and Swedish railways, mainly for domestic routes.
